Engagement models

Choose the approach that fits your learning goals and scope.

One-off guidance session

A focused call (or short series) to unblock a specific technical problem: migration planning, connectivity issues, design validation, or troubleshooting.

Scoped mini project

A scoped engagement with a clear outcome, such as setting up a Proxmox lab, improving Active Directory structure, creating a backup routine, or documenting your environment.

Limited recurring check-ins

For creators and prosumers who want recurring sessions to iterate on their environment.

Scope & conflict policy

This is an independent personal brand activity and is not affiliated with my employer. I do not offer managed services for SMB/enterprise organizations and decline engagements that may conflict with employer obligations.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about how guidance sessions work.

What kind of homelabs do you support?

I primarily support prosumer and learning environments: Proxmox-based virtualization clusters, Windows Server and Active Directory labs, homelab networking with VLANs and firewalls, and hybrid setups combining on-prem and cloud (Entra ID / Azure). I do not take on managed service engagements for SMB or enterprise organizations.

How do remote sessions work?

Sessions are held remotely via video call (Teams, Zoom, or similar). You book a 30-minute fit check via Calendly, we discuss your setup and goals, and then agree on the best format: a one-off session, a scoped mini project, or recurring check-ins.

Do you offer managed IT services?

No. This is independent, education-focused guidance for personal labs and prosumer setups. I am not an MSP and do not take on ongoing support contracts for small businesses or enterprise organizations.

What is the difference between a one-off session and a scoped mini project?

A one-off session is a focused call to unblock a specific problem: migration planning, connectivity issues, or design validation. A scoped mini project has a clear deliverable outcome: setting up a Proxmox lab, improving Active Directory structure, or creating a documented backup strategy.
