By accessing this website or purchasing services from Mylemans Online (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Mylemans Online provides IT consultancy, digital products, educational content, merchandise via Fourthwall, and licensing through DSD Europe. The business operates under Belgian law as a sole proprietorship.

2. Services

2.1 Consultancy

Consultancy is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed. Clients must provide accurate information about their IT environment.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed without VAT due to the small business exemption (Art. 56bis WBTW).

2.3 Payments

Payment is required before services or digital products are delivered unless otherwise arranged.

2.4 Cancellation

Consultancy sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows may be billed fully.

3. Digital Products

  • Delivered electronically
  • All sales are final unless required by law
  • Includes a non-transferable usage license
  • Redistribution or reselling is prohibited

4. Merchandise (Fourthwall)

Merchandise is produced and fulfilled by Fourthwall. Shipping, returns and refunds follow Fourthwall’s policies and systems.

5. Licenses (DSD Europe)

Licensed software sold via DSD Europe is subject to the provider’s activation conditions. Mylemans Online acts solely as an intermediary.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or misconfiguration caused by client systems
  • Failures in third-party software or services
  • Incorrect implementation of provided guides
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All guides, templates, scripts, diagrams and other content are the intellectual property of Mylemans Online. Users may not copy, sell or republish this content without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any changes.
